Cassidy loves to hike, not only for the physical benefits but also the beauty she takes in. “Look around,” she captioned an Instagram photo from a hike. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:

In the winter, Cassidy enjoys skiing. “Today was fun even though I way underestimated how difficult skiing would be 🤷🏼♀️⛷,” she captioned a post a few years ago. Cassidy has been sober over one year and three months, and regularly shares about her journey. “I drank every single day for about a decade. I had my first drink and was like, cool, love this, never want this to stop every,” she wrote in one of her Instagram Stories. “This is the happiest I have ever been, sobriety is so beautiful it brings me to tears all the time.”
