The actor, 51, played Lex Luthor in the popular programme Smallville between 2001 and 2011.

Some of his film roles include Parker Riley in Urban Legend, 2000’s Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker and Guardians of the Galaxy and Sorority Boys.
Meanwhile telly wise, he appeared in the likes of Justice League and Impastor.
The actor is still doing what he does best, appearing in the third volume of Guardians of the Galaxy last year.
He boasts an incredible 514k followers on Instagram and loves to share what he gets up to on his platform.
But he now also hosts a list of his own podcasts and is in a band.

The Inside of You podcast has an impressive 94.3k followers on Instagram.
Michael has said of the podcast: “I’m the guy that you probably don’t know by name, but when you see my face you might say “oh, that guy from that thing.”
“I’ve befriended some of the most talented people in the business, but it wasn’t until I started inviting them into my home that I realized, I didn’t really know these people. What started as me having some fun, quickly evolved into something I’ve fallen in love with.
“What I’ve discovered is that all these people aren’t that different from you and me.
“They have the same insecurities and flaws that we all deal with every day. In a dark, yet enlightening way… I find a lot of comfort in that.
“I invite you all to join me while I get inside each of these fascinating people.”
Michael is also one half of alternative rock band Sun Spin with Rob Danson.
The actor opened up about becoming a musician after being known for his part in Smallville.
Michael prevbiously said: “For years, I was too insecure to put my music out into the world.
“For some reason, I made the mistake of always comparing myself to other musicians, thinking I wasn’t good enough.
“After years of contemplation, I finally decided to take a chance. My best friend and amazing guitarist, Rob Danson and I, started writing and creating music together.
“We put a band together and called ourselves, “SUN SPIN”.
