Who is Joey Graziadei?
Joey was born on May 24, 1995, in Royersford, Pennsylvania, before growing up in Collegeville.
He studied communications and media at West Chester University, as People reported.
He also played on the Division II Men’s Tennis team at the Pennsylvania school and now enjoys golf as well.
In an Instagram post from March 31, 2017, Joey revealed that he would be relocating to Hawaii.
“It’s official. After graduation I will be moving to Hawaii to be the Head Tennis Pro at Makai 🎾 #ComeVisit,” he wrote.
Per his LinkedIn profile, Joey held multiple Tennessee-based jobs before July 2022, when he became a lifestyle and experience ambassador at the Kukui’ula Development Club in Koloa, Hawaii.
He was then featured on season 20 of The Bachelorette, starring Charity Lawson, where he made it to the final two alongside Dotun Olubeko.
During that season’s finale on August 21, 2023, host Jesse Palmer announced Joey as the new Bachelor.
That same day, ABC published a news release about his new role, saying that Joey is “looking for a life partner who is outgoing, caring, and shares his love for adventure and exploring the outdoors.”

As People reported, during The Bachelorette season 20 finale, Palmer asked the 28-year-old if he felt ready for love following his split from Charity.
