Sleep Token, the mysterious UK band that has exploded onto the rock scene in recent years, have announced a Spring 2024 North American tour. The outing will be supported by Empire State Bastard, the extreme metal act featuring members of Biffy Clyro and legendary drummer Dave Lombardo.
Following an appearance at Las Vegas’ Sick New World festival on April 27th, Sleep Token will kick off their headlining “Teeth of God Tour” on April 30th in Phoenix, Arizona, and wrap things up with a two-night stand in Toronto on May 27th and 28th. Among the dates are two previously announced shows at Denver’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre on May 12th and New York City’s Radio City Music Hall on May 22nd, both of which have already sold out.
An artist pre-sale starts Wednesday (January 24th) at 10 a.m. local time for fans who sign up at this location, while a Live Nation pre-sale starts a day later (January 25th) using the code SPOTLIGHT. A general on-sale begins next Friday, January 26th, via Ticketmaster. Fans can also check for deals or pick up tickets to sold-out shows via StubHub, where your purchase is 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s Fan Protect program.
The tour announcement should put to rest any doubts about Sleep Token’s future after the band wiped its Instagram account clean earlier this week. Many fans believed that Sleep Token took that action after an apparent leak of the masked members’ identities. Now it appears that the band was just getting ready to announce this tour.
Sleep Token’s Take Me Back to Eden made Heavy Consequence‘s 30 Best Metal & Hard Rock Albums of 2023, while Empire State Bastard’s “Harvest” landed on our list of the 30 Best Metal & Hard Rock Songs of 2023.
