Twitch star Sketch broke down in tears during an episode of Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast while opening up about his anxiety making public appearances.

Sketch is one of the most popular streamers on the net, boasting over 1 million Twitch followers after catapulting to online fame in 2024.

He was even adopted by the NFL for his charming demeanor and viral ‘What’s up, brother?’ catchphrase, and has continued his upward swing into social media stardom with his performance at the 2025 Sidemen Charity Football Match.

However, being famous isn’t always sunshine and rainbows, as he revealed during a March 18 appearance on Logan Paul’s IMPAULSIVE podcast.

Sketch is one of Twitch’s most popular streamers who skyrocketed to fame in 2024.

Sketch shares raw truth about battling anxiety: “Impending doom”

During the episode, Sketch opened up about his anxiety, suddenly breaking down in tears while discussing his life before fame and dealing with his mental health as an online entertainer.

“I don’t really mind crying on camera, not in a podcast way. I don’t know, I just feel like I’ve had anxiety all day. Now I feel better, but sometimes I have to catch my breath.”

Sketch went on to state that he wanted the moment included in the podcast because he’d “rather people know” about this side of him, showing that even one of the most famous people on Twitch struggles with stress and anxiety.

“I call it ‘impending doom,’” he explained, referring to his sudden rise to fame. “I always felt like I was gonna die. I never could see past [it], so I never planned at all. …I’m pretty anxious, that’s why I smoke a lot and drink a lot.”

In fact, a swath of fans and fellow creators jumped to his defense after his previous content was brought to light in 2024, with the likes of Kai Cenat and FaZe Banks staunchly sticking by the broadcaster.

Sketch has continued to find success in his streaming career, unveiling the $20 million mansion he bought in November 2024 with his Twitch earnings.
