Margo Price Sings “Been to the Mountain” on Austin City Limits

As the 49th season of Austin City Limits chugs on, Margo Price returns for an appearance on this week’s edition. In anticipation of the episode, Consequence has an exclusive premiere of her performance of the track “Been to the Mountain” off her 2023 album Strays, which you can watch below.

Featuring Price and her longtime band The Pricetags, she arrives in a Loretta Lynn-style dress, coming out storming with the hard-hitting track. Even though she sings about not having anything more to prove, she does prove that she is still electric on stage. After getting a glimpse with this catchy and powerful performance, be sure not to miss the full episode.

This is Price’s second appearance on Austin City Limits since her breakout in 2016, and she shares the hour with Grammy-nominated singer Molly Tuttle this week. The whole episode premieres on Saturday, October 28th at 7:00 p.m. CT/8:00 p.m. ET, and will be available for streaming immediately after the original broadcast. During the star-studded season, Austin City Limits has had appearances from the likes of Lil Yachty, MUNA, and more.

The first half of the season looks to keep blazing forward with a full head of steam, featuring appearances from Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit and Foo Fighters through November.
