Days after her headline-making split from boyfriend Pete Davidson, Kim announced her latest product, and it is quite unique! The socialite who is known for dominating beauty and fashion-based products surprised fans with an exciting foray into new grounds.
Kim Kardashian Announces Collaboration With Beats By Dre
On Monday evening, Kim broke her short Instagram hiatus, uploading a series of campaign videos announcing the launch of the Beats Fit Pro reimagined by the “Keeping up with the Kardashian” star in three new neutral pastel colors — a signature color palette for Kim’s brand.
The socialite rocked a sporty look for the ad, wearing a beige SKIMS body suit paired with metallic shorts as she held the three color variants of the earbud.
With her hair dyed blonde and flowing down her hips, the reality star struck several sultry poses while wearing a pair of the new Beats Fit Pro neutrals.
Expressing her joy about the new product, Kim wrote in the accompanying caption, “I’m so excited to share Beats Fit Pro by @beatsbydre will be coming soon in 3 signature neutrals, designed by me! Can’t wait for you to try them out on 8/16 🤎.”
In her Instagram Story update, the 41-year-old gave fans a closer glimpse of how the new earbuds would look. While gushing in the background, the SKIMS founder unveiled a pink case holding the three color variants — Moon, Dune, and Earth.
She revealed that the earbuds were packaged in ceramic dishes that gave them a certain luxury aesthetic. Explaining why she chose to use neutral tones for the earbuds, Kim noted, “Of course, they did my neutral colors because I’ve always just not really vibed when the little headphones are a color and just kind of stick out. So, I wanted these to really blend in.”
For the mother-of-four, it’s not all about the unique colors but the impressive sound quality. “They sound so clear! i swear to God if I just put these in when all my kids are around the house, my life is made! It tunes it all out.”
All About Beats x Kim Beats Fit Pro Neutrals
BeatsbyDre described the new launch as “the wearable tech” fans have been missing. According to the website, the collection officially launches on August 16 and retails for $199.99. The shape of the earbuds in their ceramic case brings to mind Kim’s estranged husband Kanye West’s Stem Player device which retails for $200.
Others also believe her color palette is similar to those often used by Ye for his Yeezy brand. One fan wrote, “These definitely don’t look like they are straight out of the Yeezy color palette or anything…”
Say Goodbye To Kete
As you might know, last week it was reported that Kim and Davidson went their separate ways after nine months together. A source confirmed to E! News that the former lovebirds still have “a lot of love and respect for each other.”
However, they found that the long distance dynamic and their demanding schedules “made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.”
Prior to their split, the “SNL” comedian was away in Australia filming the movie “Wizards,” while Kim was in America running her businesses and taking care of their four kids.
As with all this Kardashian, their breakup has been riddled with drama with Kim’s ex, Kanye resuming his online antics of attacking the comedian with a newspaper headline reading, “Kete Davidson Dead At Age 28.”
Kim is reportedly displeased with the rapper’s erratic behavior while Davidson is said to be seeking professional help to deal with Kanye’s barrage of cyber abuse.
