Rod Stewart has been touring since the early 1960s and if his upcoming tour calendar is any indication, the enigmatic star shows no signs of letting up in 2023.
The two-time Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee has 29 concerts lined up all over the globe from February through November at flashy locales like Florida, Las Vegas. Canada and finally Las Vegas again to reprise his long-running residency he’s simply dubbed “The Hits.”
Plus, at a select few concerts, Stewart will be bringing classic rockers Cheap Trick along for the ride as well, which means you might just get to hear “I Want You To Want Me” and “Surrender” in addition to all of Rod Stewart’s stable of staples.
All in all though, this upcoming run of shows adds up to just another typical whirlwind year for the 77-year-old singer who put his philosophy toward touring simply in a recent Instagram post saying, “Here I go to work.”

Rod Stewart new music
In 2021, the tireless Stewart released not one, but two records as well as a Greatest Hits album.
Not a bad year.
The first offering, “Cupid,” is 16 songs of romance. Featuring choice Cat Stevens and Van Morrison covers as well as a few originals, it’s a perfect accompaniment to any Valentine’s Day.
Album two— the 31st over the course of his storied career— is the more traditional pop record “The Tears of Hercules.” AllMusic called the 12 tracks “alternately baffling, absurd, sweet, and endearing.”
