Whilst most people say you should act your age, this is something this 70-year-old refuses to do with her becoming a fitness influencer in later life.
Better known as @fitcountryally on the app, the content creator had worked for Greyhound as a young woman before finding bodybuilding her twenties.
After her first session, she was immediately hooked on the intense sport and entered multiple competitions over the year.
Despite being in her seventies, now the US woman has never lost her passion for fitness and has even became a fitness instructor.
Having maintained her svelte figure throughout her life, she is understandably proud about having abs while being in her twilight years.
In fact, she will regularly show offer toned tum on the app with her wearing sports bra and cropped legging as she works out in her home gym.
Working up a sweat is just part of Ally’s daily routine, with the older woman sharing her impressive exercise regime in multiple videos.
Proving that age is just a number, the fitness instructor also indulges her other passions on the app including, dance, fashion and wigs.
Rather than joining a gentile ballroom dancing class like her contemporaries, this influencer can be found getting down to the latest releases.
She even enjoys a Tiktok trend, with Ally donning a skimpy pink and red bikini as she danced to a remix of Shaggy.
During another video, the senior citizen dress in a glittering completion bikini with diamante straps and bejewelled cups as Tyla played in the background.
Refusing to confirm to ageist stereotypes, she has a similarly youthful wardrobe often wearing outfit designed for teens and tweens.
Whilst most older women feel the need to cover up, she can be found in a tiny white crop top with an equally small denim skirt and knee high leather boots.
