Heidi rang in the new year at a lavish party on the beach in St. Barts.
The America’s Got Talent judge left little to the imagination, as she shook her booty in a sparkling two piece outfit that made her look like a vibrant disco ball.
The form-fitting outfit framed her body, showing off her ample cleavage.
In a video she posted to her Instagram, she grinded against her 34-year-old husband, Tom Kaulitz, who rubbed his hands all over her hips and tush.
Heidi captioned the post with a simple: “Happy 2024.”
The model, who typically has her Instagram comments turned off, may have regretted letting followers post on this one, as many took the opportunity to criticize her behavior.
“When you try to look sexy and fail,” one person slammed, as another added: “Me wondering what she is shaking.”
A third lambasted: “This is such an awkward video… I can’t believe she thought it was a good idea to post this.”
Others were more concerned about the message the mother-of-three was sending to her brood.

Some snaps showed the supermodel walking along the sand with her long blond locks flowing in loose waves, a black baseball cap, and round sunglasses.
She put her chiseled abs and tan lines on display as she enjoyed the warm sunshine.
Other pics showed Heidi lounging on a beach towel and swimming in the ocean with her Tokio Hotel guitarist husband, Tom.
The Project Runway star brought a massive pool tube with her into the water with giant antlers sticking out of it.
She cuddled close to her husband, who grabbed onto the float while wading in the crystal blue sea.
Heidi paid no mind to her stripped-down appearance, and it wasn’t the first time she turned heads with her hubby.

Last month, Heidi was ripped by fans for making out with her husband in a new video.
The star’s followers raged “nobody wants to see this” as she packed on some major PDA with Tom in an Instagram video.
The clip featured her and Tom with their arms around each other.
The America’s Got Talent judge looked at the camera before planting a big kiss on Tom’s lips.
Heidi had glasses on her head and a huge smile on her face as they embraced.
While they kissed, the famous supermodel giggled and made noises before they pulled apart and the video ended.

She put a filter with hearts on it on top of the video.

While some fans were thirsting over her husband, others begged her to not share stuff like this.
