Although it looks like she is sleeping in this shot, with her eyes closed and her face turned towards the sun, her back is arched and she has one hand draped over her waist to hide any strap that might be there. It could be that she decided to ditch her bikini bottoms entirely to prevent any tan lines, but no one can say for sure.

It looks like a popular destination, as there are plenty of tourists sitting on the steps above her, enjoying ice cream cones of their own. Addison, however, looks like she is completely focused on her ice cream cone and making the most of her trip to Italy.
