If you’re a fan of Doctor Who, then you know that the Doctor has some pretty big dreams. You know, like having ginger hair. It has yet to happen in the series but if I could have it my way, the Doctor would rock a full on mohawk. I’d love to see my favorite hero getting into some serious punk rock vibes. While that probably won’t happen in the show, the trailer for Caught Stealing does give us Matt Smith, aka the Eleventh Doctor, a pretty epic and colorful mohawk.
This film stars Austin Butler, who plays Hank, a former high-school baseball phenom. He cannot play ball anymore, but his life seems to be pretty cool as a bartender with a girlfriend.
Things go awry when Russ (Smith) asks him to cat sit for a few days. Suddenly, a dangerous gang is after poor Hank and he has no clue why. It’s a wild turn and looks different from previous work by Darren Aronofsky, but I’m here for it. I am really here for Matt Smith’s tall mohawk and style in the Caught Stealing trailer.
This is not Smith’s first role with great hair. We all know that his turn as Daemon Targaryen in House of the Dragon allows him to have flowing locks that he styles in many different ways. Whether a TV show or film is good, bad, or in the middle, a man with great hair always makes it better.
