YouTuber havesh5 smashes record for world’s tallest domino tower

YouTuber Havesh5 has been awarded the Guinness World Record for the world’s tallest domino tower after making one over 33 feet high.

Over the last 16 years, Havesh5 has been uploading videos on YouTube showing off her various domino creations and has amassed over 4M subscribers doing so.

Back in August 2024, she teamed up with a dozen other domino-focused creators to build a massive structure inside the National Building Museum in Washington, DC.

The freestanding domino tower took four days to build and is 33 feet three inches tall in total. Now, in late June 2025, Havesh and her team have been awarded the Guinness World Record.

Guinness World Records broke the news in a blog post that also detailed some of the mishaps that took place while building the massive tower.

Some pieces were dropped and fell within the tower, pushing others out of place so much that they risked having the whole thing collapse.

“At this point we had two choices: either A, continue building on top of the broken pieces and risk the tower collapsing unexpectedly, or B, attempt to fix it but with the caveat that there’s an extremely high chance that we may actually topple it in attempting to repair it,” the YouTuber explained.

To celebrate the accomplishment, one of the builders threw their favorite stuffed squirrel at the top of the tower, making it collapse over the next few seconds.

She’s not the first YouTuber to acquire a Guinness World Record and surely won’t be the last, either. Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson received not one, but 44 different records from the organization while filming his Amazon hit show Beast Games.
