Jazmyn Nyx is looking red hot in her swimsuit. In a new social media post the WWE wrestler shows off her amazing body in a bathing suit while lounging on the beach in Costa Rica. “Need new haters the old ones are starting to like me…” she captioned an Instagram post, throwing her followers into a frenzy. “Don’t ever post something looking this good again. xo xo – your bf,” commented her boyfriend, Bryton Constantin. “Yessss jadey yes,” added another follower. How does the athlete approach health and wellness? Celebwell rounded up some of her top health habits.
Prior to becoming Jazmyn Nyx, Jade Gentile played college soccer and then professional soccer in Iceland. “It’s very physically demanding… yes, yes, 100%, soccer is what I thought the hardest sport there is – because in football, obviously, you’re taking tackles, but they’ve got pads! You don’t have pads in soccer,” she told WrestleRant. “So you’re getting hit hard, you’re tackling people hard, it’s not a joke! I was like, ‘I’ve got this’ as I went to a foreign country and didn’t speak their language and I thought I could overcome everything. Then I came here and it pushed me to my limits!”
When she isn’t in the ring, you can find Jazmyn hiking. According to the National Parks Service, the physical benefits of hiking include:
- Building stronger muscles and bones
- Improving your sense of balance
- Improving your heart health
- Decreasing the risk of certain respiratory problems
Jazmyn loves to swim. Why should you do an aquatic session? Just two and a half hours per week of aerobic physical activity, such as swimming, bicycling, or running, can decrease the risk of chronic illnesses, says the CDC. In addition to the many physical benefits, there are multiple studies supporting the mental health benefits of swimming as well.
What is Jazmyn’s go-to food? “Pizza, to be honest. Sal’s Pizza in Baldwinsville – pepperoni pizza and wings. We just had a team dinner there last night. I go a lot,” she told Syracuse.com.
Jazmyn also works out. “I go to the gym. That’s pretty much my life,” she told Syracuse.com. Each week adults need 150 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity and 2 days of muscle-strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans.
Jazmyn added to WrestleRant that she is also a runner. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories,” they say.
