Wilson shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with Bustle. She says that she does a lot of bodyweight workouts to stay in shape. “I like working with resistance bands to tighten my glutes. I don’t like to sweat or use a lot of weight, so I go for bodyweight workouts like lunges, squats, and clamshells. When I add a band, I feel the burn instantly.

Wilson shared her favorite breakfast in her Bustle interview. She’s a big fan of smoothies and shared her go-to recipe. “I’m not a pancake or egg person, so I go for something super simple when it comes to breakfast. I just need something in my stomach, whether it’s fruit, a smoothie, juice — anything like that. If I have a smoothie, it has to have banana or else I think it tastes disgusting. The banana gives it a nice sweetness.”

Wilson has amazing skin, and she makes sure to take care of it. She shared her morning skincare routine with Bustle. “I always make sure that my face is moisturized, washed, exfoliated — the whole nine — when I wake up in the morning. I picked up the Tatcha line from Sephora. They have a rice wash and an exfoliating cleanser that I use night and day, and a moisturizer and toner. They really help my skin clear up when I get acne from sweating.

Staying hydrated is extremely important to Wilson. She shared her secrets for doing so in her Bustle interview. “I don’t carry a water bottle around, but I do drink a lot of water. I hydrate myself with Ladder, an electrolyte packet that you can mix in. Sometimes I get tired of just straight water when I’m rehydrating on the bench during a game, so I’ll add that for some flavor.”

Wilson makes sure to eat a balanced diet. She shared her favorite foods in an interview with Parade. “I have a pretty balanced diet. I love salad and I love vegetables but at the same time I love Chick-fil-A and other things like that. But I keep it balanced. I try to cut out some things during the season just to get that extra edge. But other than that I’m not doing anything too crazy. I definitely try to cut out beef. I’ve started to stick to just seafood only, chicken here and there, but I know that I probably need it because I burn so many calories. But the biggest thing that I try to focus on is to eat clean food and drink a lot of water and get a lot of sleep.”
