Neel Nanda was a comedian, writer and actor who was best known for starring on ABC show Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Throughout his career, Nanda starred on the Amazon Prime show Inside Joke and the Hulu series Coming to the Stage.
Nanda also shared his comedy on social media and his Instagram channel Keeping it Neel.
He was 32 years old when he reportedly passed away.
How did Neel Nanda get into comedy?
Neel got into comedy by doing stand-up.
He started out at comedy clubs in Atlanta, Georgia.
Nanda then moved to Los Angeles, California in 2013 to pursue a career as a comedian, going on to act and perform on networks including MTV, Comedy Central, Viceland, IFC and Hulu.

Stand-up comedian Dez O’Neal posted: “R.i.p Neel Nanda man i wasn’t super close with u bro but I’m fighting back tears. Cuz I was just kicking with u.
“Real ass dude I sent him my set and he put me on his show and paid me out his own pocket.
“I really enjoyed that weekend and forever thankful for meeting you.”
Nanda had performed at venues such as The Comedy Chateau in Los Angeles.
The venue shared a picture of Nanda on stage and said: “You left us too soon.”
Fans of Neel have also taken to social media, with one posting: “Neel Nanda was good people !! Be nice to everyone, you don’t t know who might really need it , RestEasyNeel”
Another wrote: “A wonderful comedian in Neel Nanda lost his life today, you really never know what someone is going through, just be kind to one another… you never know when their last day will be…”
