Who is The Voice finalist Jacquie Roar?
Jacquie Roar is a singer hailing from Chicago but now living in North Plains, Oregon.
Before The Voice, Jacquie has built up an impressive resume having sung the national anthem for NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers.
Additionally, she has sung for big-name artists including Kelsea Ballerini and Martina McBride.
According to her bio for the show, Jacquie has her own wedding DJ company where books gigs across Oregon.
Passionate about elevating her career, Jacquie auditioned for season 24 of The Voice gaining the attention of all four judges.
Eventually, she went with Reba McEntire as her mentor. This season marks Reba’s first time as a permanent coach.
In addition to her growing music career, Jacquie is a mother to her young daughter, Leilani, and a bonus daughter named Georgia.
When she’s not performing, she’s spending time with the girls and her longtime boyfriend, Jesse.

Before her performance, Jacquie Roar spoke with KGW News to touch on her involvement in the competition thus far.
Jacquie said: “All I could think of was ‘Oh my God, thank God, that people really do like me.'”
When asked who’s her competition, Jacquie had nothing but kind words to say about her competitors.
However, she gave a special shoutout to Mara Justine, whom she’s grown close with since being on the show.
“If I’m holding her hand at the end and she’s the one who wins, I’m just gonna freaking pick her up and love on her so much because she deserves it.
“We’ve all grown, we all deserve it. I hope I win but I’ll be happy for anybody else who wins too.”
When was Jacquie Roar on American Idol?
Before The Voice, Jacquie Roar auditioned for season 11 of American Idol.
While her audition wasn’t televised, Jacquie made it to the Hollywood round where she was placed in a group alongside Amy Brumfield, Mathenee Treco, and Dustin Cundiff.
Before performing, Jacquie fainted but fighting to remain in the competition, the singer continued to perform.
Unfortunately, she along with two of her group members were eliminated during the group round.
