Who is Esme on General Hospital?
Esme Prince is a character on the long-time soap General Hospital.
She first made her appearance on the show in August 2021.
Esme is portrayed by the actress Avery Kristen Pohl.
Pohl is known primarily for her role in the 2011 film Sound of My Voice.
She spoke with Digital Journal about the role in October 2021.
“Well, Esme is an incredibly complex individual, so it has been a pleasure to get into her headspace and portray her as a character.
“This will be the most time I have spent with a character in my career thus far, so I’m looking forward to seeing how she evolves as a person.”
Although Pohl’s age is not known it is thought that she is in her twenties.
“Esme is constantly assessing everyone around her as if every conversation is just ammunition to use against people later!
“I have really enjoyed getting to learn how to empathize with a character who can go to such extremes to support her own agenda,” Pohl added.
