Whitney Port Shows Off Fit Figure as "Hawaii Spring Break Has Begun"

Whitney Port is a very successful reality star. She first got her start on the MTV series, The Hills. She’d then get her own spinoff, The City. In 2019, she joined the cast of The Hills: New Beginnings. Port also has her own podcast and YouTube channel. Port and her family are currently on vacation in Hawaii, and she shared some highlights on Instagram. Port captioned the post, “Watch out Hawaii spring break has begunnnnnnnnn.” How does she stay so fit? Read on to see 5 ways Whitney Port stays in shape and the photos that prove they work.

Port shared some of her wellness secrets in an interview with The Protocol. She says that she does a lot of yoga on a regular basis. “I try to do hot yoga a couple of times a week and a Pilates/yoga-style flow about three times a week. The goal is to stay healthy from the inside-out, build muscle to support my aging bones, tone, and, most importantly, feel that rush of endorphins after.”

Port makes sure to eat a healthy diet. She shared her favorite foods in her interview with The Protocol. “Oat milk latte and eggs in the am, salad with protein for lunch, fruit or healthy chips (The Good Crisp Company 😉 ) or juice for a snack, and then a bigger dinner of a protein and sides! It isn’t too specific, and it’s always changing. It is all about moderation.”

Port makes sure to take care of her skin. She shared her day and night skincare routine with The Protocol. “They are pretty much the same, except for the sunscreen step! I use a gentle cleanser, oil-reducing pads, a vitamin C serum, firming serum, power defense serum, moisturizer (I love U Beauty’s SUPER Hydrator), eye cream, and then sunscreen!”

Port makes sure to stay hydrated. She shared some of her favorite beverages with StyleCaster. “I love Harmless Harvest Coconut Water. I could drink that all day long. Especially if I’m taking a hot yoga class or doing something that takes a lot out of me, I feel like replenishing with electrolytes is really good. I love kombucha too. There’s this flavor that’s like strawberry-coconut kombucha that’s really delicious.

Port tells StyleCaster that she does a variety of different workouts. “I’m a member of ClassPass, which is awesome, because I can try a whole bunch of different things and not get sick of something, so I feel like every workout is hard for me, as opposed to when I do the same thing all the time and get kind of used to it.”
