The internet and social media are filled with all kinds of people. There are supporters, haters and trolls everywhere. A lot of celebrities prefer staying off social media for their own sanity. Over the last ten years, we’ve seen these platforms become easily accessible to anyone and everyone. Almost a decade ago, actress Kristen Stewart shared how she feared that someone from a social media platform might kill her.

In 2012, when Kristen Stewart was just 22, she talked about how, because of social media, people might always know where she is. In author Talia Soghomonion’s e-book called ‘Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, Taylor Lautner – In Their Own Words’, the Twilight actress said, “Nowadays it’s harder because everyone is on Facebook and everyone knows where you are all the time, and everyone’s twittering. Like I’m going to die because somebody is going to say where I am, and somebody is going to kill me. Someone’s going to Twitter my location, and then it’s going to be like, boom.”

Kristen Stewart further stated that anything too much is scary, but at the same time, it is also an opportunity. She said that mass communication is a good thing, but still scary.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse actress is currently in the headlines for her recent bold magazine photoshoot. On The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, the host told Kristen Stewart that CBS told them not to show the cover, and he doesn’t understand why. It’s a bold photoshoot with the word ‘uncensored’ written. The actress discussed the homophobic reaction to the magazine cover. The cover photoshoot has got the internet talking about the actress again!

On the work front, Kristen Stewart was last seen in Love Lies Bleeding. The romantic thriller directed by Rose Glass was released in the US on March 8, 2024. The film also stars Katy O’Brian, Ed Harris, Jena Malone, Anna Baryshnikov and Dave Franco. Her next film is Love Me, a post-apocalyptic romantic drama. Also starring Steven Yeun, the film will be helmed by Sam Zuchero and Andy Zuchero.
