VICTORIA Beckham stripped to a sports bra and leggings for a sweaty training session at her home gym.
The fashion designer, 50, flashed her rock hard abs in the all-black attire as she perched on a fitness bench.
Victoria looked all set for a tough workout, with a blue sweatband around each wrist and dark gloves to protect her hands.
The Spice Girl pulled her brunette locks back into a slick up-do as she took a selfie in front of a row of heavy weights.
The mum of four posted the image to her Instagram Stories as she shared a snippet of her home life with fans.
The star is no stranger to a sweaty snap, and recently showed off her chiseled abs as she posed in a Nike sports top.
The 2 Become 1 singer even gave a glimpse at her tough exercise regimen, which included tricep dips on a bench and an intense quad stretch.
FIT FAM
Victoria reportedly works out six times a week – with the secrets to her fitness plan recently revealed.
The Sun previously recruited personal trainer and nutrition coach Sarah Campus to unpack the mum’s routine.
Founder of LDN MUMS FITNESS, Sarah said: “Victoria has a strict nutrition and fitness regime.
“It is by sticking to this consistently that she achieves her now-signature look.”
David recently revealed Victoria’s favourite date night dish – this being grilled shrimp and salt baked sea bass.
Back in 2023, ex Manchester United ace David told how the Spice Girl, 50, will only ever have grilled fish and steamed veg, admitting the one time she did try something else was “one of his favourite evenings.”
VB is also so committed to her fitness that she took top London-based personal trainer Bobby Rich with her on holiday.
The former Team GB judo competitor said in 2022: “Victoria’s training is a priority to her and her dedication is nothing short of impressive.
“She is with me in the gym five days a week – and even if she’s travelling there are no excuses, and we move to online sessions.
“Either way, she’s putting the work in.”
He added that the biggest change in the ex-singer’s routine is the introduction of strength training – primarily overhead squats, cleans and snatches – in place of 7km morning runs.
A friend previously told The Sun: “There’s been a seismic cultural shift of late, with more and more women wanting to look strong, not skinny — and Victoria has very much jumped on this bandwagon.
“Nowadays she wants to look athletic and be a great role model for women.
“For the past few years she’s been a dedicated runner, but over the last few months she’s added weight training, Reformer Pilates — which uses a machine rather than a mat — and mobility into her schedule.
“She’s never been so lean, while also putting on about 2kg in pure muscle.”
