Claudio revealed some of her favorite workouts on her Instagram stories. She does a lot of weight and strength training to stay in shape. In the videos she is seen using handweights, a small barbell, and using an arm curl machine. Strength training helps build muscle. The Mayo Clinic also reports, “Strength training can help you manage or lose weight, and it can increase your metabolism to help you burn more calories.”
Claudio has an amazing set of legs. She makes sure to do a lot of lower body workouts to stay in shape. In her series of Instagram stories from the gym, Claudio is seen doing squats and using a leg press machine. Having strong legs can improve your balance.
