The 34-year-old undefeated world heavyweight champion writes about all of his challenges both inside and outside the ring.
Tyson, named by his father after Mike Tyson, weighed just 1lb at birth after being born three months premature.

Tyson previously wrote “The Furious Method,” a guide to a healthier body & mind as well as “Behind the Mask,” where he delved deep into his struggles with mental health, obesity, anxiety, drink and drug abuse, depression and despair.
An upcoming heavyweight title bout is in the works for Tyson and Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk. Negotiations are underway but the fight has not yet been confirmed.
