Tristan Thompson Sued For Breach Of Contract By Luxury Furniture Company
In its lawsuit, the company Luxury Outdoor Solutions claims that it gifted Thompson several pieces of outdoor furniture, including club chairs, sofas, a coffee table, and an ottoman.
In exchange for the furniture, Thompson allegedly agreed, on June 31, 3023, to give the company a “minimum of 10-15 high-resolution images,” exposure through posts on his Instagram page, where he would credit them, and also “editorial exposure” on the magazine Architectural Digest.
However, Thompson allegedly failed to do any of these after being “suspended for 25 games after testing positive for ibutamoren.”
His breach of the contract caused the company to suffer damages amounting to $53,173, which is the total market cost of the outdoor furniture delivered to the athlete.
