CARSON Daly has shared a cryptic post after taking a sudden break from the Today show.
The TV personality has been spending more time away from the morning show but has yet to reveal his whereabouts.
On Friday, Carson, 50, posted a message on his Instagram Stories that raised fans’ eyebrows.
“You will be happy again. You will find yourself again. You will heal again & you will be okay again,” the post read.
Despite being active on social media, Carson was absent from Today on Friday, leaving his colleague, Jacob Soboroff, 40, to fill in.
CARSON’ STRUGGLES
Hours earlier, Carson shared two more questionable quotes on his Stories about “life getting harder,” that sparked concern.
“Feel the feeling but don’t become the emotion. Witness it. Allow it. Release it,” one read against the backdrop of an ocean wave.
The quote was credited to Crystal Andrus.
“Give yourself credit for how you’ve handled this year,” the second post read.
“You’ve been working overtime on your dreams, figuring out your direction, taking care of your mental health, trying to feel comfortable in your skin, building genuine connections, tending to your family, and improving your sleep. It’s a lot. And your progress and discipline are worth celebrating.”

That one was said by Vex King.
Carson didn’t further explain why he shared the quotes, but fans have already been concerned for the former Total Request Live host after he took a long hiatus from Today.
ABSENT HOST
The TV personality was recently missing from the news desk for nearly two weeks.
Beginning December 8, Carson didn’t appear at his usual post on Today, which includes leading the daily POPStart segment, recapping the pop culture news of the day.
Instead, his co-hosts, Dylan Dreyer, 42, and Sheinelle Jones, 45, took the reigns on the segment.
It was not clarified where Carson was at the time.
However, it is not uncommon for the MTV alum to skip out on his Today show duties in New York City, as he is also the host of NBC’s The Voice, which films in California.
After Carson shared a photo of him and The Voice coach, Gwen Stefani, 54, on Instagram, fans flooded the comments to beg him to return to Studio 1A.
“Please come back to the Today show,” one viewer pleaded with a crying face emoji.
“When are you coming back to Today?” another asked.
