Louise enjoys fresh watermelon, especially in drinks. “Did you know watermelon has more lycopene than any other fresh fruit or vegetable?” says Kristi Wempen, RDN. “Lycopene is an antioxidant linked to decreased risk of cancer, heart disease and age-related eye disorders.”

Louise loves to do mountain climbers as a warm up. “Quick workout before I start my day -one of my fav go to exercises is mountain climbers, working several joints and muscles at the same time -in particular, it targets your triceps, deltoids, abs, back, hip flexors, quads, hamstrings and butt!! 👀🍑 Done explosively, mountain climbers will shoot your heart rate up in a matter of seconds,” she says.

Louise loves to make her own freshly squeezed lemon juice. “Some evidence has linked vitamin C (or ascorbic acid) and flavonoids, which are protective compounds found in citrus fruit, to improvements in skin condition,” says registered nutritionist Jo Lewin. “Vitamin C is known to help the body produce collagen, which contributes to the integrity of the skin. Interestingly, a study in 2016 indicated that a citrus based juice drink may help prevent the damaging effects that lead to premature skin-aging in mice.”
