Thornhill Release “Narcissistic Inner Monologue” Via New Single ‘Obsession’

Australian band Thornhill have shared a “narcissistic inner monologue” via new single ‘Obsession’.

The new single, out now via UNFD, is an intoxicating track that marks the Melbourne outfit’s first release of the year.

It follows the release of the band’s equally biting ‘Viper Room’ single which arrived in October.

Have a listen to the track via its video below.

Speaking about the new track, the band have explained its self-centred themes, saying:

“Obsession focuses on a narcissistic inner monologue, insistent on having what they want.

“Oozing lies and pleas at the distress of an old lover, they project their desires at the cost of their own “life”.”

Thornhill enjoyed both a huge North American touring run in support of The Pilot In You last year, as well as UK and European tour supporting Holding Absence.

They’re starting 2024 pretty much with round two of the same, having already supported Silent Planet on an extensive North American tour, before kicking-off tour support for fellow Aussie outfit Polaris in the UK and Europe over the next few days.
