The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that some familiar faces will be part of some upcoming family scenes in Genoa City. Y&R’s Instagram account recently shared a great behind-the-scenes photo, so let’s discuss who’s coming back and why they’ll pop up.
For starters, we should talk about Gloria Bardwell (Judith Chapman), who hasn’t been around in quite some time due to a serious legal entanglement in Singapore.
Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) was forced to help Gloria sort out the mess, so he’s spent a great deal of time off-screen in recent months, too.
Fortunately, Gloria will head back to Genoa City soon, so she’ll be included in a family reunion featuring Michael, Lauren Fenmore Baldwin (Tracey E. Bregman), Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Kevin Fisher (Greg Rikaart).
Kevin tends to be off-screen doing things around town instead of appearing in actual episodes, so it’ll be good to see him with the fam again.
“Spotted on the #YR set: A family reunion,” the Y&R account said in their caption for the Instagram pic.
Christian LeBlanc also shared that pic on X, the social media app formerly known as Twitter, so he added a fun caption of his own.
“THE FAMILY THAT SLAYS TOGETHER… #baldwinfisherfamily,” LeBlanc said in his post.
It’s easy to see how much these actors enjoy collaborating, especially since there’s always going to be a little family drama when their characters are all in the same room.
That’s especially true when Gloria’s around since she’s the queen of being dramatic! It’ll be interesting to see what Gloria has to say once she’s back in GC once again.
Everyone’s all dressed up on the Society set in the pic, so it must be a special night.
The holidays are just around the corner, so Michael, Lauren, Gloria, Kevin and Chloe could be doing something related to Thanksgiving or some other festive occasion.
Regardless, Kevin and Michael will have an opportunity to catch up with their mom, so we’ll pass along updates on Gloria’s upcoming interaction with her sons.
