The Young and the Restless Comings & Goings BrandNew Characters Debut, Ashley’s 3rd Alter and Big Returns

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers reveal that we’ve got some comings and goings news to pass along, so let’s start by talking about some familiar faces who’ll be popping up during the week of April 22-26.

Jess Walton will reprise her role as Jill Abbott on an important video call, so she’ll be part of the upcoming board meeting at Chancellor-Winters.

Since some drama will erupt at that meeting, it’ll be Jill who has to step up and rein it all in.

Veronica Redd will also be back on the scene as Mamie Johnson, so look for her to have a conversation with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil) and try to bring Lily around to her way of thinking.

Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) will have some new Y&R scenes as well, so she may be at the center of the action at Society since she’s the manager there.

Since another alternate personality is about to emerge for Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), Wendy Wilkins and Lisa Williams will return to play Ashley’s doubles.

It looks like there’ll be more scenes where Ashley’s alters are battling it out in her mind.

Ashley’s third alter will have a southern accent and will definitely catch Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) off guard when they meet!

We should also talk about a character who was seen recently since Dr. Hammond was on a video chat with Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).

If you were wondering, Nancy De Mayo was the actress playing Dr. Hammond in those tense scenes involving Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) OCD and trauma.

In other comings and goings news, Andre Hotchko will appear as a delivery truck driver named Dave, so he’ll be summoned to the Newman ranch for a grilling session and offered $100,000 for inside info related to Jordan (Colleen Zenk).

As for a new character who’s debuting a little further down the road, Christopher Cousins has been cast in the part of Alan Laurent and will first appear on April 30.

Alan is the psychiatrist friend who gave Ashley some guidance when she was struggling in Paris, so he’ll eventually get updates on her troubling mental decline.

Our predictions point to some shockers for Alan, so don’t miss what’s in store!

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Ashley will spin out in some surprising ways in the meantime, so stay tuned.
