GWEN Stefani has taken her followers behind the scenes of The Voice after being dragged online for her
The 54-year-old shared two videos on her Instagram Stories showing off some of the shenanigans the coaches get into when the cameras are off.

In the first clip, Gwen moves the camera back and forth between her fellow coaches Niall Horan, 30, and John Legend, 44.
The One Direction star waved at the camera while Gwen’s large and puffy ostrich feather dress was in full view.
Her gray dress seemed to barely fit in the classic coach chair with the petite singer.
In the next video, The Voice coach could be seen standing on her chair with the stage behind her.
Gwen was yelling and waving at the camera while trying to balance on the rotating chair.
The third video shows her with a large smile on her face blowing a kiss to the camera and all of her fans.
She didn’t seem to be bothered by all of the hate being aimed at her online.
POOR LILA
Gwen and the other coaches were called out for complimenting a contestant after fans hated her performance.

Lila Forde, 24, was on John’s team and became one of the five finalists on season 24.
She sang The Weight by Bob Dylan and looked calm, cool, and collected during her performance.
After she sang, most of the judges praised her, starting with Gwen who said: “You know I’m your fan. I think there’s something about you that you have so much confidence but it’s so easy for you.
“Again, adding the audience, adding the love, you just get better and better. You’re just weird enough that I believe you.”
The famous No Doubt singer finished by saying: “I’m rooting for you.”
Fans on X, formerly known as Twitter, couldn’t have disagreed with the judges more.
“Gwen is babbling. Even more than usual,” one person said.
Someone else wrote: “I want the coaches to be honest for once! You can encourage, but let’s give some real feedback please!”
‘FIRE HER!’
Gwen has been a coach on The Voice for several seasons, but fans have begged the show to fire her.
She joined The Voice almost a decade ago in September 2014 and has appeared in seasons 7, 9, 12, 17, 19, 22, and 24, but she only won season 19.
Even though she’s found some success in the competition, some fans have asked producers to fire her and have even called for a boycott.
At the end of November, fans vowed to boycott the show if Gwen wasn’t replaced by former Voice coach Kelly Clarkson, 41.
The US daytime TV show host was a coach on the show during seasons 14 through 21, and she seemed to have been a fan favorite.
Fans on X didn’t hold back and one wrote: “I hate Gwen Stefani. I miss Kelly Clarkson.”
Another agreed: “Me too, I loved Kelly and I kinda don’t wanna watch anymore, Gwen’s such a disappointment.”
“I love Gwen but she sucks at being a judge. why do they keep inviting her? Kelly, where are you?!” added a third.
