The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers reveal that Ashleigh Brewer’s return to the role of Ivy Forrester is official. A B&B rep confirmed the news of Brewer’s comeback to Soap Hub, so fans can indeed expect some Ivy appearances soon enough.
This announcement comes on the heels of speculation about Brewer’s return, which began after she joined the show’s 37th anniversary party.
It led to rumblings about Brewer perhaps stepping into Ivy’s shoes again – and now there’s firm confirmation that it’s happening.
It’s great to get these updates and know for sure that Ivy Forrester’s comeback is on the way.
Ashleigh Brewer made her B&B debut back in 2014 and was last seen on the show in 2018, so it’s been a while since Ivy’s been around to see her family in Los Angeles.
Of course, some fans might also recognize Brewer from her role on Neighbours, the Australian soap that Margot Robbie also starred on once upon a time.
Robbie and Brewer are actually good friends in real life, so you might’ve noticed Brewer playing Totally Hair Barbie in last summer’s blockbuster Barbie film.
As if that wasn’t exciting enough, Brewer also recently got engaged!
Mark Bauch is the handsome, talented filmmaker who proposed to Brewer back in January, so it’s clear that she has plenty to celebrate these days.
That’s especially true now that Ashleigh Brewer’s return to the CBS soap is confirmed.
There’s no info on why Ivy will come back to LA – though she doesn’t need much of an excuse to reunite with the Forrester family.
Ivy wasn’t around to check on Eric Forrester (John McCook) during his whole health saga, so that’s something to keep in mind.
Maybe Ivy will hope to rectify that and catch up with some other characters while she’s back in town as well.
Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) is Ivy’s former flame, so it’ll certainly be interesting to see if they cross paths.
Whatever the case, our predictions point to some Ivy-driven drama once she pops up again.
