TEEN Mom star Mackenzie McKee and her ex-husband Josh’s divorce has been officially finalized, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
Mackenzie, 29, has been awarded partial custody of their three kids Gannon, 13, Jaxie, 10, and Broncs, seven.

The couple’s final judgment and shared parenting plan were filed on February 19, 2024.
Mackenzie and Josh agreed to a shared parenting plan where they “must mutually agree to all extracurricular activities.”
The Teen Mom couple has agreed to split all financials for the kids’ hobbies.
Mackenzie will take on the majority of the child care as Josh has been appointed a long distance care taker.

She is granted most of the kids’ breaks but Josh will see them on New Year’s Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, and Christmas.
Josh will also get the kids over their winter, spring, and five weeks of summer school breaks – but he has to pay for all of the transportation.
Mackenzie will see the kids on 300 nights and 295 days while Josh will see them on 65 nights and 59 days.
If either parent needs some last-minute aid the sitter has to be agreed upon by both parties.
“A party requesting a change of schedule shall be responsible for any additional child care or transportation costs caused by the change,” the court documents stated.

Josh and Mackenzie married in 2013, two years after welcoming Gannon, as documented on Teen Mom.
Mackenzie was 16 when the exes welcomed their first child.
After having their second two children, they separated in 2019 after Mackenzie admitted she had been in a six-month-long affair.
Josh and Mackenzie had a series of reconciliations and breaks as he was also caught cheating.
The couple officially split in 2022 and announced their decision on social media.

The Teen Mom star went public with her new man, soccer player Khesanio Hall, in December 2022.
Mackenzie has gushed over her relationship with Khesanio and has posted several PDA-filled photos on Instagram.
The couple was featured on Teen Mom Family Reunion having their first therapy session.
She posted about it on Instagram and commented, “It’s a good way to dig deep and know more about one another.”
Khesanio has been a present figure in Mackenzie’s kids’ lives.
The MTV star has posted several photos on social media sharing the soccer star’s cute moments bonding with the children.
