Teen Mom’s Kailyn Lowry Flaunts Bikini Body After Plastic Surgery

Kailyn Lowry is embracing her post-surgery body with confidence!

As she celebrated her 33rd birthday, the “Teen Mom 2” alum shared photos of herself rocking a bikini during a tropical getaway with her partner, Elijah Scott. The trip to the Turks and Caicos Islands marked a special moment for Lowry, who recently underwent multiple plastic surgery procedures.

Taking to Instagram on March 14, Lowry posted a photo of herself posing on the beach in a black sports bra-style two-piece. The following day, she responded to a fan request on TikTok by sharing a video of herself smiling and laughing in the crystal-clear ocean. This was the first time in nearly two years that the reality star had posted a swimsuit photo, making it a milestone moment following her recent tummy tuck revision.

Lowry has been open about her decision to undergo cosmetic procedures. She initially had a breast reduction in December, followed by a tummy tuck and liposuction. Reflecting on the experience, she admitted that adding multiple procedures to her surgery plan made things more challenging.

“I realized I shouldn’t have put Elijah through all of this ’cause he couldn’t be there for me the whole time,” she shared in an Instagram video.

As a mother of seven, Lowry has expressed concerns about body image and the pressures of cosmetic surgery. In a heartfelt message, she admitted that she prays her children never feel the need to alter their bodies to meet unrealistic standards.

“I think a little nip and tuck, like a nose job or a boob job, is OK,” she said. “But to go through this just to be skinny is mental illness, truly.”

This isn’t Lowry’s first time undergoing cosmetic enhancements. In 2016, she had a Brazilian butt lift and a tummy tuck. She later revealed on her “Barely Famous” podcast that she had been denied a breast augmentation in early 2024 due to her weight.

“They told me I need to lose 40 pounds—more like 50—before they could operate on me,” she said. “That was extremely humbling.”

After undergoing her latest round of surgeries, Lowry took to social media to share her experience and caution her followers about the potential risks involved. She urged fans to thoroughly research procedures, consult with trusted medical professionals, and weigh the long-term effects before committing to any cosmetic or elective surgery.

Emphasizing the importance of making informed decisions, Lowry reminded her audience that every surgical procedure carries risks, including complications, recovery challenges, and unforeseen outcomes. Her message served as a reminder that while enhancements can be appealing, personal health and safety should always come first.

“Think twice before you get plastic surgery,” she advised. While feeling more comfortable in her own skin, she acknowledges the emotional and physical toll the procedures took on her. Now, as she soaks up the sun in the Caribbean, Lowry is embracing her body and her journey, one bikini photo at a time.
