During her nearly 50-second TikTok video, Kailyn, 32, donned a white sweater and allowed her wavy hair to flow over her shoulders.

While adding Bloom Nutrition powder to her cup, Kailyn started planning a budget with an architect,

She also explained why she needed a new place to live.

The MTV mom now shares fraternal twins, Verse and Valley, and her one-year-old son, Rio, with boyfriend Elijah Scott.

She also wants a separate bedroom for her other four children: Isaac, 14 – whom she shares with her ex, Jo Rivera; Lincoln, 10, whom she shares with her ex-husband, Javi Marroquin; and Lux, six, and Creed, three, she shares both with her ex, Chris Lopez.

“I think it’s best that we move forward. I have a lot of different needs. We need more functionality,” she shared.

“We need storage space. We need closet space. I want everyone to continue to have their own rooms.”

“So with all that being said, we’re going on the hunt for land and hope for the best.”

MOVING IN

In January 2022, the TV star moved her family into their $750,000 home, which included a stunning living room and massive backyard.

Kailyn took to Instagram and showed off the kitchen interior and her podcast room.

In the brief clips, boxes were everywhere while her kids ran around and slid on the wooden floors.

Their move-in date was postponed due to a snowstorm hitting the entire Northeast.

  • Kailyn’s Delaware mansion included:
  • basketball court
  • backyard
  • living room
  • bedrooms for at least four children
  • chandelier
  • podcast room

At the time, in an installment of her podcast Coffee Convos, with co-host Lindsie Chrisley, Kailyn admitted she did not love the building process, which also caused further delays.

There were issues with the design, construction, delivery materials, and other “weird little things” that dampened her excitement.

“My house is supposed to be done in three weeks, and I promise you it won’t be done until probably January or February, at this point.”

She continued: “I am so far over my budget – over my loan amount. My out-of-pocket expense at this point is…I’m afraid.”

MOM PROBLEMS

In the meantime, Kailyn has been sharing her parenting struggles with her fans.

In. mid-March, the TV personality revealed she kept busy meeting with the twins’ pediatrician and then attended two football practices and a basketball game.

While speaking to a close friend, Kailyn admitted she slipped up during their conversation.

She mistakenly said she “took the twins to the vet [veterinarian].”

“My mom brain, my mom fog with that, is going really well,” Kailyn joked.
