TEEN Mom fans have been shocked to see Mackenzie McKee’s ex-husband Josh’s dramatic body transformation.
Josh, 31, showed off his muscles in a bodybuilding competition in an Instagram Story.

On Thursday, a Teen Mom Reddit account re-posted a picture of Mackenzie McKee’s ex-husband, Josh, showing off his new muscular look at a bodybuilding competition.
The photo was originally posted on Instagram Stories with the message, “I owe every breath to my lord and savior Jesus Christ! I’m not done until he says it’s finished,” written at the bottom.
Fans were quick to comment that Josh looked unrecognizable.
“I don’t remember him looking like this at all..,” one Reddit user said.

Another user said, “He is unrecognizable. In addition to the protein shake muscles, the face doesn’t remotely look like him. If op hadn’t gotten from his IG stories then I’d be saying this isn’t Josh.”
“Wait this is actually him????? confirmed???” said a third.
While many commented on his appearance, the majority of comments were on his parenting skills.
These comments come after Mackenzie has been candidly open about Josh’s absence in their children’s lives.
In 2023, during an Instagram Q&A, Mackenzie was asked if the pair shared custody of their three kids, to which she responded, “Can’t even reach him.
“Wish him well though.”
GONE THEIR OWN WAYS
Mackenzie and Josh were high school sweethearts, tying the knot in 2013.
Throughout their relationship, the two welcomed three kids: Gannon, Jaxie, and Broncs.
After nine years of marriage, Josh and Mackenzie ended their relationship.
Two years before, Mackenzie accused Josh of having an affair with one of her family members.
In a since-deleted Facebook post, Mackenzie revealed Josh’s behavior changed following her mother’s death.
She revealed that, at the time, she had found out he was frequently texting another woman who turned out to be her cousin, Ashley.
“I got to call the number and it was my close cousin Ashley. My family will never be the same and we are all torn. I WAS NOT only hurt by him, but by her.”

On February 19, 2024, their divorce was finalized, and Mackenzie was granted the majority of child care.
Revealed exclusively to The U.S. Sun, court documents highlight that the two agreed to share all financial responsibilities for the kids equally.
Additionally, Mackenzie allowed Josh to have visitation rights on holidays such as New Year’s Day, Father’s Day, 4th of July, and Christmas.

Since her split with Josh, Mackenzie has been dating soccer star Khesanio Hall.
She first shared photos of their relationship in January 2023.
Only months after her divorce was finalized from Josh, Mackenzie revealed she was engaged to Khensanio.
She posted a series of photos of the moment he proposed to her.
She captioned the photo, “I can not believe I get to marry the most amazing human on earth.
“My best friend. I love you so much.”
Throughout the comments, fans gushed about the happy news.
