Taylor Kelce and boyfriend Travis Kelce are determined to prove they are loved-up and a real couple

SUPERSTAR Taylor Swift wants the world to know that her Love Story with  Travis Kelce  is the real deal, sources insisted last night.

The Anti-Hero singer, 34, appeared unfazed by claims the year-long romance is for the cameras as she went to see the American football star play.

Fake documents appeared online earlier this week seemingly revealing a PR plan for the world’s most talked-about couple to announce their split this month.

Swift, dressed in double denim, was determined to show all was well by cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs’ tight end ace as his team beat the Baltimore Ravens 27-20 in the first NFL game of the season.

Sources say that the music juggernaut insists she is “more loved up than ever” and “looking forward to celebrating their one-year anniversary” rather than walking away.

One said: “It’s very frustrating for them to face claims it’s all a showmance but they know the truth and, honestly, Taylor’s a master of blocking out the noise.”

It was a good thing too as her arrival was live-streamed worldwide from the moment she stepped off her private jet at Kansas City Airport.

Despite the commotion and speculation, she looked self-possessed as she strutted into the Chiefs’ Arrowhead Stadium through its VIP entrance.

Her short but sweet: “Hello, how are you guys” to staff gave no hint that the past week’s drama was even on her mind.

She watched the game with her boyfriend’s mum, Donna, and Donna’s husband Ed from their exclusive family suite.

She blushed and hugged Donna after Kelce pointed to her after he took at catch.

After the match, she beamed “I’m feeling fantastic” in a clip posted on the Instagram of Chariah Gordon, fiancee of the Chiefs’ wide receiver Mecole Hardman.

Earlier this week Travis, 34, called in lawyers after the fake documents sparked online hysteria.

Since-deleted pictures showed paper headed Full Scope PR, who represents Kelce, alleging the pair will split on September 28.

It stated their break-up statements should be “gracious, respectful, and stress mutual respect”.

Also included were tactics on how to deal with the ensuing “media frenzy”.

When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other.

X’s AI Content Detection service, Quillbot, determined that the document was “100% AI generated”.

Travis’s camp called in expensive lawyers to handle the matter.

Swift, meanwhile, is keeping a dignified silence, as with all speculation about her life.

A source said: “Taylor and Travis are celebrating a year together.

“She’s enjoying a well-earned break after wrapping up the European leg of her Eras Tour and returns to the stage next month.

“They are making the most of a gap in her schedule.”

Swift is expected to attend next Wednesday’s 2024 MTV Video Music Awards in New York.

She is up for 12 gongs and if she wins eight will leapfrog close pal Beyonce to become the most decorated artist in MTV VMA history.

Swift will kick off the final leg of her record-breaking Eras Tour on October 18 at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.

She will take her final bow on December 8 in Vancouver, Canada.

Taylor up for match

TAYLOR Swift turned up for the game wearing jewellery worth £60,000, including her “TNT” tennis bracelet.

Kelce paid for matching pieces in which the letters, indicating Travis and Taylor, are picked out in diamonds.

Swift, carrying a £70,000 mini Louis Vuitton trunk-shaped handbag, also had on a £28,000 ruby puzzle ring.

She wore double denim along with a pair of thigh-high Giuseppe Zanotti burgundy boots.

One year together

She and Kelce first hit the headlines after going public with their relationship at a Chiefs game on September 24 last year.

Many fans took it to be their first date but Swift says they had been seeing one another for a month.

She told TIME magazine’s 2023 Person of the Year cover issue: “This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast . . .  we started hanging out right after that.

“We actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, as we got to get to know each other.

“By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple.

“I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game?

“We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date.”

Kelce, meanwhile, spoke of his admiration for Swift on a podcast in July last year.

He made her a friendship bracelet but did not get to give it to her.

He said: “She doesn’t meet anybody, or at least she didn’t want to meet me, so I took it personal.”

Swift has been dating in the public eye for years, her exes including actor Jake Gyllenhaal, 43, DJ Calvin Harris, 40, and The 1975 frontman Matty Healy, 35.

She said she refuses to hide away from the inevitable scrutiny.

She said: “When you say a relationship is public, that means I’m going to see him do what he loves, we’re showing up for each other.

“Other people are there and we don’t care.”

The 14-time Grammy Award winner adds that she does not know or care how many times she appears on the big screen at NFL games.

She said: “I’m just there to support Travis.

Football is awesome.”
