Stephen A. Smith was out and about over the weekend and seemingly got a fresh haircut ahead of his busy weekend. Unfortunately for Smith, however, it would appear that his barber did him dirty, at least as far as social media is concerned.
Over the weekend, Stephen A. Smith was at the NBA Cup in Las Vegas and did a red carpet photo shoot on the way in. The Bucks beat the Hawks and the Thunder beat the Rockets to advance to the finals of the competition, which is in its sophomore season.
In a video posted to social media by Yahoo Sports, Smith can be heard saying, “I’m dressed like this because TNT asked me to dress this way — I will not be dressed like this tonight when I got to go on television. They asked me to dress like this, I just want everybody to know — everybody know how I feel about my wardrobe.”
Smith’s fit should have been the least of his concerns, however, as his haircut had people calling for his barber to be thrown in jail.

“It’s crazy his hairline disappears when he looks straight forward because it’s so pushed back,” one tweet said.
“The ICC and ICJ just released a joint statement against Stephen A. Smith barber,” joked another.
“He needs to let the half opened convertible roof hairline go,” a third posted.
Other comments about Smith’s fit were also what we’ve come to expect whenever Smith is seen wearing anything other than a suit as he gives off major “How do you do fellow kids?” vibes and/or wearing-a-wire-for-the-feds vibe.
Over the weekend, the Milwaukee Bucks and Oklahoma City Thunder advanced to the final of the second annual NBA Cup, which will tip off on Tuesday, December 17 at 8:30 p.m. EST.
