Scott, 40, was seen leaving Offsunset nightclub in West Hollywood on Saturday after a night spent partying with model Jordan Barrett.
The reality star was spotted getting into the same car as a mystery woman wearing a red crop top and mini skirt with black stiletto heels.
The TV personality looked thinner than ever in a baggy black tracksuit.
Scott’s face appeared gaunt and white as he looked down at his phone and chatted with others in the vehicle.

FAN CONCERNS
Fans were immediately concerned after seeing the snaps of the Hulu star, with several taking to Reddit to share positive messages on his behalf.
“Instead of making an assumption, I’m just going to wish him well. Very sad,” one wrote.
