As you can see from her Instagram post, Landry is all about being true to herself. She talked about it in the post’s caption. “You really can’t make everyone happy. So to wonder what it takes to make YOU happy and go after that, share in joy, is quite a move. I mean, I’d rather be me, be weird, have fun, than be the shell of myself by what every other opinion would make me. In the sea of noise. To be quiet and listen to you, is a gift.”

As you can see from the reel, Landry loves to swim to stay in shape. She shares a lot of posts on her account of herself in the water. She shared this set of photos and videos of herself wading at the Blue Lagoon in Iceland. Better Health states that swimming has a lot of benefits. “Swimming is a good all-round activity because it: keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body. Builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. Helps you maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs. Tones muscles and builds strength.”

Landry has a very supportive husband. She talked about him in the caption of this Instagram post. “I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…All I wanted was to be hugged, loved, seen. And all he wanted was to hug, love, see me. Standing in the middle was a lot of noise directed at my body my whole life that said there were only *some* parts worth loving. I’m really glad to have found it wasn’t true and to find someone else who agrees.

Landry revealed in the caption of this Instagram post that she is learning how to bike to stay fit. “After years and years of being too afraid to try I finally did it. Well, with a push from @madsencycles bc I made a comment that I wouldn’t learn to ride a bike unless it was for a Madsen. And well… they sent me one with a letter of encouragement and I 1) eating my words and 2) now I really have to try. I didn’t want to pass down my fears to my kids, and my own son learned how to ride from a neighbour. I was just ready to stop being so afraid. I legit wanna cry for how proud I am of myself right now. I feel like I can do anything.”

Landry likes to go hiking to stay fit. While on her Iceland vacation, she did some hiking with friends. She shared this set of photos on Instagram of herself hiking on a volcano. Landry captioned the post, “My first time in Europe and I’m so glad it was you, Iceland📍Lmao the vulvacano tho is by far my fav tho. She’s fiery. She’s explosive. She may need a cream.”
