Sara Underwood in Two-Piece Workout Gear Says "Wish Us Luck"

Sara Underwood is building another hot tub with Jacon Witzling – in her workout gear. In a new social media post the former Playmate and Cabinland influencer shows off her flat abs in a two-piece look. “Can @jacobwitzling and I do it again?!? 😬 We think it’s gonna look really cool but truly never know til we’re done. Wish us luck!” she captioned the Instagram video. How does she approach health and wellness? Here is everything you need to know about her lifestyle habits.

Sara maintains a vegan diet. “Ever since I went vegan I’ve felt healthier and stronger. When people ask me where I get my protein from, I say: ‘B***h, peas!'” she joked in an Instagram caption.

Sara takes lots of baths and soaks in her hot tubs. “If you’re wondering who can hold their breath the longest, what her hand is doing under water and why I’m facing the direction I am… then you’ll have to go to the other page,” Jacob wrote in the comment section of one of Sara’s posts. How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Sara does a lot of hiking. “Friendly reminder objects in the Instagram mirror are not always what they appear! Example…we went on a 10 miles hike yesterday. These first two photos are of me at the top taking pictures for a project. The last two are what I actually wore for the entirety of the hike, including my hiking boots that I had to cut the back out of because they were rubbing a hole through my skin down to my ankle bone😂😭,” she captioned a post.

Sara gets her steps in by walking her beloved dogs. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.

Sara is a coffee drinker. Here she is enjoying a cup first thing in the morning. According to the Cleveland Clinic, there are several benefits of drinking coffee in moderation. “It acts on your brain to improve memory, mood, reaction times, and mental function,” they say, citing a study finding that caffeine can improve endurance and performance during exercise. It is also antioxidant-rich, can ward off diabetes, prevent neurologic disease, lower cancer risk, and ward off depression, they point out.
