RYAN Seacrest has left fans buzzing by posting a major throwback picture on social media.
Over the weekend, the American Idol host shared several snaps of himself over the last few decades.
On Sunday, Ryan, 49, flaunted his suit and tie transformation on Instagram from when he was a young boy to a grown adult.
In the first snap, a young Ryan showed off his pearly whites while standing next to a Christmas tree in a bright red jacket, white collared shirt, a blue pants.
As fans flipped through the slides, the TV personality shared more snaps of his most dapper fashion choices throughout his life – including a jet-black tux and a navy blue suit.
In the comment section, fans – and even a famous face – shared their thoughts on the throwback pics.
“Always a stud,” singer Michael Buble, 48, commented.
“Such a handsome and cute boy. Looking very sharp and suave,” one fan wrote.
“He knew style from the get go,” a second pointed out.
“You look so different compared to when you were younger,” a third said.
“Always been quite the dresser,” stated a fourth.
“Just [getting] better and better,” a fifth exclaimed.
Someone else discussed Ryan’s next chapter, “I’m looking forward to seeing you on Wheel of Fortune.”
GOODBYE PAT, HELLO RYAN
Last year, Ryan announced that he would be taking on the new role of the game show host as Pat Sajak, 77, revealed he would be retiring.
“It’s been a wonderful ride, and I’ll have more to say in the coming months. Many thanks to you all,” he wrote in his statement posted on X, formerly Twitter.
Pat’s final Wheel episode aired on June 7.
Wheel of Fortune Host Timeline
Although Pat and Vanna have been a staple on the game show for decades, there have been other hosts
Chuck Woolery was the host from 1975 to 1981
He co-hosted alongside Susan Stafford (1975 to 1982)
Vanna White then stepped in as hostess in 1982 and has been ever since
After a contract and salary dispute, the show got rid of Chuck and brought in Pat in 1982
Pat hosted with Susan for one season
He then left the game show in 1989 to host a late-night talk show for CBS
For five months, NFL player Rolf Benirschke took his place
In July 1989, Bob Goen hosted the show on CBS
He hosted for a year and a half until the show was canceled in 1991
The show was then moved to ABC with Pat and Vanna hosting for the foreseeable future
In 2023, Pat announced his retirement and Ryan Seacrest as quickly named as his replacement
Days later, Ryan shared a statement after it was announced that he would be the new host.
The radio host wrote on Instagram, “I’m truly humbled to be stepping into the footsteps of the legendary Pat Sajak.
“I can say, along with the rest of America, that it’s been a privilege and pure joy to watch Pat and Vanna on our television screens for an unprecedented 40 years.
“I can’t wait to continue the tradition of spinning the wheel and working alongside the great Vanna White.”
In September 2023, Vanna signed a contract with ABC where she will be continuing on her job through the 2025-2026 season, according to Deadline.
Fans can watch Ryan take over as his episodes will begin airing in the fall.
