‘RHONJ’ Teresa Giudice Apologizes To Joe Gorga After Reunion

Joe Gorga Headlines at Caroline apos s Comedy Club in NYC

Joe Gorga stormed off the set of “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” a few days ago, saying he was done with the reality program after his sister Teresa Giudice branded him a “b—h boy” on camera.

The feud between the siblings had begun when the reality star claimed that her brother was too interested in the show’s female drama, but from the look of things, it appears that some underlying issues had been simmering for some time.

Not long after, Giudice has now extended an olive branch, taking to Instagram to apologize for using the derogatory language toward her brother on Tuesday’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey” reunion.

‘I Am So Sorry’

Giudice has had a change of heart after calling Gorga a “b—h boy” during the reunion of “RHONJ.” The abuse had cut deep into the heart of her brother, which spurred him to threaten to quit the reality show of which he had been a recurring member for 12 years.

“I am so sorry did not mean that at all there was so much going on during the taping that I lost myself,” Giudice, 49, wrote in an Instagram comment to her brother, adding, “Love you tons. XOXO.”

Since her apologies, Gorga has not attempted to respond to his sister’s statement, and there is no indication that the two siblings are in contact following their massive debacle. Furthermore, no one knows if Gorga will follow through on his plan to leave the show, considering that his wife Melissa is still a crucial cast member who is contractually obligated to stay for the duration of the reunion.

‘Joe Gorga Is So Important’

Giudice apologized when Gorga published a short video from “The Wendy Williams Show” on his page. In the clip, guest host Michael Rapaport took some heavy shots at Giudice for labeling Gorga as a “b—h boy” in the previous episode of the “RHONJ” reunion.

“Teresa, where in Jersey, New York, Idaho is ‘bitch boy’ not a bad thing? It’s always a bad thing, especially in New Jersey,” said Rapaport, who is an ardent fan of the reality show.

“Joe Gorga is so important and should be so beloved by everybody, including his sister, to ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey’ fans,” he added.

Rapaport is not the only one who sided with Gorga after the aftermath of the debacle. Bravo’s Andy Cohen, who is the host of the reunion, also opined that the showrunners appreciate Gorga’s involvement.

“I love it that he’s involved,” Cohen, 53, stated during the last episode, “and we invited him here.”

Fans Blast Giudice following her Apology To Gorga

Although Giudice’s apology seemed sincere, this did not matter as fans quickly overwhelmed her comment with angry replies.

“@teresagiudice your funny, I use to love watching you in the show, but not so much anymore, unfortunately, and I hope tons of people unfollowed you just like I have ever since watching that reunion,” an unhappy fan said.

“@teresagiudice you did and now you are being hated so your backtracking one extremely jealous narcissistic woman you are and you have learned nothing from the past,” another fan reacted.

On the other hand, fans also begged for Gorga to remain on the show, given that he looked quite serious when he announced that he was parting ways.

“Joe, you can’t leave! Micheal said it best! You are the best househusband! Your sister needs to get her shit together!” another follower said.

It’s difficult to say if Giudice would reconsider her use of insults and gradually transform her character into a more kind yet still fun version of herself. While she used to be appreciated by the show’s viewers, her present attitude is negative, and she has been labeled “selfish” and “despicable” on multiple occasions.

The show’s swirling scandals, including Giudice’s spontaneous outbursts here and there, haven’t diminished fans’ enthusiasm for it. Rather, the reunion received good ratings, and viewers are eager to see more drama in future episodes.

The second installment of Bravo’s “Real Housewives of New Jersey” reunion airs Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET.
