REAL Housewives of Orange County fans have expressed shock and concern after seeing Tamra Judge’s extremely swollen face following major plastic surgery.
The RHOC star has shared a video of her painful-looking skin on social media after a brow lift, laser treatment, and a chemical peel.

“OK guys, this is day three, it’s supposed to be the worst of it when it comes to swelling,” said a puffy-looking Tamra yesterday on TikTok.
The Bravo personality, 57, has been documenting her experience for curious fans.
Prior to the cosmetic treatment, Tamra revealed on Instagram that she was about to undergo several procedures, as she wanted to “take you all along on my journey.”
“I visited Dr. Donald Mowlds in Newport Beach, who works alongside Dr. Ambe, for a brow lift, CO2 laser, and a blue chemical peel,” she added.

“Seven years ago, I had a lower facelift but skipped the upper — like painting the house but forgetting the trim.”
The blue-colored peel sloughs off the skin’s surface layer to treat acne, wrinkles, scars, hyperpigmentation, and uneven tone.
“The swelling is from the CO2 laser; it’s all the way down my chest.
But you can imagine what it feels like,” she said.
Carbon dioxide (CO2) laser resurfacing treatment is used to treat cosmetic concerns such as wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and loose skin.
Thin layers of skin are vaporized using a high-energy beam of laser light, according to US Dermatology Partners.
This treatment results in a “controlled injury” to patients’ skin.
“As the skin heals, it produces collagen as a natural part of the healing process, which restores your skin’s elasticity,” the dermatologists added.
Tamra unveiled the aftermath of the brutal-looking treatment on TikTok and Instagram on Sunday – prompting concern.
“Day three and the swelling’s making a statement. Progress isn’t always pretty, but it’s happening,” she reassured fans.
By the end of day three, the swelling was “supposed to be at its worst right now,” she explained.

“I don’t know how it can get any worse,” Tamra added, as she showed crusty-looking wounds on her cheeks.
Her face was so swollen that she was clearly struggling to speak on camera.
“I feel like my skin’s gonna burst,” she explained.
“You can see it’s getting oozy; I can barely open my eyes [and] my throat hurts a little bit from the tube down my throat, but, um, just keeping you updated on this.”
Tamra appeared upbeat despite the swelling and tight, discolored skin.
“Now the crusting and everything is obviously from the CO2 laser,” she added.
“I’m hoping to turn a corner tomorrow… little oozy – my neck and chest – the swelling is pretty bad but doesn’t really hurt, just feels really tight.
“Doctor Mowlds promised me that… I turn the corner after this.
“I’m so excited about that, but overall looking like it’s supposed to look nice – and crispy.”
ACCEPTING AGING
The clip sparked huge concern from fans.
“This happened to me from the C02 laser! My doc gave me a steroid. I think you need one, love!” said one.
“You already look pulled and plastic,” said another.
“CO2 laser does this?” asked a shocked fan.
“Damn … is it worth it?” asked one concerned mom.
“Maybe just accept you’re aging,” suggested another.
“Omg I didn’t even recognize you! Just your voice,” said one commenter.
“I did C02 fractional [non-invasive] laser – looked like I got in the ring with Mike Tyson,” wrote one mom.
“Then I had a waffle pattern on my forehead for about six months. My kids were little then, and called me Mrs Butterworth.”
TRANSPARENCY
Others who expressed their shock told Tamra that she was “insane” for undergoing the harsh procedures.
But multiple viewers applauded her openness and “transparency” about her experience, and the pain involved during recovery.
“I had this treatment for old acne scarring, it’s amazing and worked absolute wonders,” said one fan of the therapy.
“The aftercare/downtime is a bit brutal, but worth it!”

Tamra isn’t the only Real Housewives star to take drastic action on her skin.
Last September, Emily Simpson revealed a first look at her new face following eyelift surgery.
It came days after the reality TV favorite showed her weight loss in a bikini while on vacation.
