“The Jane Mysteries: Inheritance Lost,” starring Jodie Sweetin (“Full House”) and Stephen Huszar, is an engaging new mystery on Hallmark.

It premiered on Friday, May 12 on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. Jodie Sweetin served as one of its executive producers. Marco Defeumia directed the movie from a script by Neale Elizabeth Kimmel.

The synopsis is: Singer Jane DaSilva (Jodie Sweetin) inherits the family foundation which is a non-profit detective agency that helps people who aren’t able to help themselves.

Jane’s Aunt Sadie (Paris Jefferson) and Detective John Cameron (Stephen Huszar) act as her mentors as she takes on her first case surrounding a mother’s untimely death years before.

As Jane investigates a multi-level marketing company that took advantage of her client’s (Danielle Smith) fragile mom, she realizes that digging up the past can be dangerous.

Jodie Sweetin and Stephen Huszar have good chemistry together, and they will keep the audience entertained the entire time.

Sweetin allows her bubbly personality to shine in the titular role as Jane, and she works well opposite Huszar, who delivers a charming performance as Detective John Cameron (whose acting ability is equal in excellence to Andrew Walker and Ryan McPartlin in their Hallmark mystery films).

“The Jane Mysteries: Inheritance Lost” is a new mystery film that is worth checking out, and it garners two thumbs up. Hopefully, this is a harbinger that there will be more sequels in this series starring these two actors as leads.
