Bilson tells Women’s Health that she believes in having a balanced lifestyle. “Everyone is obsessed with kale and hiking. And there’s a massive amount of juicing going on. I love my juice, but pick up a piece of bread here and there’s a sharp intake of breath. Every pudding is shared between eight. I don’t like to share my dessert!”

Bilson tells Green Matters that she likes to make overnight oats. “We soak the oats in oatmilk and then we add lots of fun stuff to it, and my daughter loves it,” she says. “I pack it in Mason jars and it sits in the fridge, ready to go. That is definitely our biggest staple.”

Bilson is a big environmentalist. “This is the only planet we have,” she tells Green Matters. “We have to take care of it. The little things you can do in your life to help and reuse as much as possible is big in our household, and not be wasteful. And I teach my daughter that the most important thing to take care of, other than your body and your health, is our planet. They go hand in hand. One doesn’t exist without the other.”
