A Royal biographer has revealed that the British royal family is reportedly extremely nervous about Prince Harry‘s upcoming memoir. The biographer called the upcoming memoir “a time bomb” and revealed that several members of the royal family are “hugely nervous” about the memoir’s content.

Prince Harry’s memoir was initially meant to be released in November but was postponed to next year. Reports have revealed that Harry is attempting to rewrite parts of the book in the wake of Queen Elizabeth‘s death and King Charles‘ ascension. Bower also said there are rumors it’ll be released around Easter and contain a chapter on the drama of the Queen’s funeral.

The upcoming memoir is already controversial months before its release, especially with the lack of information about its content. What fans know is that Harry has received at least 20 million dollars upfront for the book and is donating part of the proceeds to charity.

During an interview with Page Six, Tom Bower spoke about Harry’s upcoming memoir and called it a “time bomb.” Bower, the author of “Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors,” also commented on the news that the memoir’s release date has been pushed back

He said, “I think that everybody knows that the Sussexes can’t amend the book in any way.” “Can they make it nastier? Because otherwise, we wouldn’t get sales.” According to several reports, King Charles, in particular, has been worried that Harry might focus on Queen Consort Camilla in the memoir.

A source recently told The Sun that the King has “shared his concerns with Prince William and is keen he somehow goes on the record and sticks up for Camilla should the book attack her. But as much as William loves his father, he’s unlikely to want to get involved. In all likelihood, he will try and stay neutral.”

Harry’s memoir was initially scheduled for release in November, but Penguin Random House, the publishing company, has postponed the release date to next year. A report from Page Six stated that Harry is “desperate to rewrite the book,” or at least parts of it, in the wake of the death of his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II.

The report stated that Harry also wants to “take out or downplay” the contents of the memoir regarding King Charles, Queen Consort Camilla, Prince William, and Princess Kate. During Bower’s interview, he shared that chatter in London says the memoir comes out around “Easter and will include a chapter on the Queen’s funeral.”

Several controversial moments between Harry and Meghan and the rest of the royal family during the funeral received extensive social media coverage. Bower also said, “And there’ll just be more material about how they were snubbed and all the rest of the invective against the royal family. So I think to that extent, the delay will add to the poison.”

Even months before its release, Harry’s memoir is already controversial. Much controversy stems from the lack of information about the memoir’s contents. Harry and his publishing team have kept silent on all details, even the title. One thing fans do know is that the prince wrote the memoir with the help of ghostwriter J.R Moehringer.

A report by Page Six also revealed that Harry has received “at least $20 million upfront from Penguin Random House and that he’s donating part of the proceeds to various charities. Some royal experts have also opined that King Charles is waiting for the memoir’s release before he bestows the Prince and Princess titles on Harry’s kids, Archie and Lilibet.

Since Harry and Markle left the royal family, they’ve been busy and booked. They moved to America, where they’ve signed million-dollar deals with Spotify and Netflix. They’ve been working on a docuseries for Netflix, which was meant to premiere in December this year.

However, a Page Six report has revealed that Harry and Markle want to re-edit the series following the events of the Queen’s funeral. These edits might force Netflix to push back its release until early 2023. The streaming platform had originally planned to premiere the show in December, after season five of “The Crown.”
