In the Buying Beverly Hills teaser, Mauricio, 53, opened up about why he left the luxury real estate brokerage Hilton & Hyland, which the Hilton family partially owns.

The TV personality claimed that he “got kind of f**ked by Hilton & Hyland” after he wasn’t made partner at the agency.

Mauricio stated, “I went to Rick and I said, ‘I’d really like equity, right, and to be a partner.’

“He got back to me and basically I was told, no.”

He revealed that the slight motivated him to confound his firm, The Agency, in 2011.

Richard Hilton’s daughter, Paris, 43, fired back at the allegations about her father in the comment section of the fan account @queensofbravo.

The Simple Life alum wrote in a since-deleted comment, “My father is a consummate gentleman and has always taken the higher road.

“He would never speak negatively about his family- especially in the press.”

“Frankly we are all sick of him using the Hilton name every chance he gets to plug his lame show,” she continued.

Seemingly fed up, Paris asserted, “It is enough already.”

RHOBH star Kyle Richards’ daughters sob as Mauricio Umansky breaks silence on ‘unpredictable’ split in Netflix clip

Mercedes “MJ” Javid of Shahs of Sunset – and who is also an agent at The Agency – responded to the former E! star’s comment under the same Instagram post.

“Let him live and speak his truth,” she wrote before adding, “No one should be silenced. It’s the quiet ones you have to watch out for.”

Mauricio explained how not being made a partner at Hilton & Hyland affected his ex-wife, Kyle‘s, relationship with her family.

“I went home, I talked to Kyle, I go, ‘This is really going to cause a lot of stress between you, your sister, and your family, and I don’t want to do this move of leaving and starting a company if you’re not comfortable,” he revealed.

The Netflix star stated that Kyle, 55, was “100% percent supportive” of his decision to leave the firm and that she stood by him, adding, “And at the end of the day, I needed that.”

HEARTBREAKING NEWS

Mauricio and Kyle’s kids sobbed after their father broke his silence on his split from the Bravo star.

A teaser clip was posted to the official Netflix social media account ahead of the new season of Real Housewives, which premieres on March 22.

In the clip, Mauricio sat down with his kids, Alexia, Sophia, and Farrah.

“I had an amazing 26 years with your mom,” he began as they sat around a table in his California backyard.

“I wanted to do everything possible to save it.

“Your mom came and she spoke to me and she said, ‘I need space.’ She said, ‘The rules are you go out, you date, you do whatever it is you want to do. I’m not going to be asking you what you’re doing. We are separated,'” he continued.

The kids all looked away, upset, as Mauricio filled them in on the situation.

“I need to have some time and a clear head and maybe I’ll go spend a month in Aspen,” Mauricio carried on.

All three children started crying and used napkins to wipe their tears.

“It’s so weird to even be having these conversations,” Farrah said.

“Our lives have just changed so much,” Sophia sobbed.

“I definitely could not have predicted where my life was going to be one year ago in all aspects,” Farrah told her dad.

Sophia went on to explain that the kids didn’t even realize there were any issues between their parents until very recently.

Mauricio apologized to his kids for putting them in the situation.

“Mauricio talks to his daughters about separating from Kyle Richards in this first look at Buying Beverly Hills Season 2. Premiering March 22,” Netflix captioned the teaser video.

THE SPLIT

Kyle and Mauricio announced their separation in July 2023 after 27 years of marriage.

“Kyle and Mauricio have been separated for a while now but are still living under the same roof,” a source told Page Six.

“They remain amicable as they figure out what’s next for them and their family.”

The stars got married in January 1996.

Together, they share daughters Alexia, Sophia, and Portia.

Kyle is also mom to Farrah Brittany whom she welcomed with her first husband, Guraish Aldjufrie.

Since their split, rumors have been spread that the pair cheated on each other before separating.

Another preview posted on X, formerly Twitter, showed Kyle discussing the speculation.

“There’s literally nothing to do with anybody else,” Kyle replied when a costar asked her about the rumors according to People’s exclusive preview.

“This is really just about Mo and me. It’s not about our family. It’s not about external family. It’s not about another person – on his side or my side. This is just about Mo and me.”

“When we first met, we were really opposites. Complete opposites. And that worked. I always would joke and say – if it wasn’t for me, he would be dead, because I keep him safe.

“And if it wasn’t for him, I would never take chances in life,” she admitted emotionally.

She then went on to say that Mauricio is the type to put a brave face on in difficult times.

Kyle admitted that she didn’t feel proud of herself and felt particularly bad for her kids.
