The loglines for the new episodes promise the deep dives and testimonies that put the program on the map during its original run on VH1. The entry on Bell Biv DeVoe will chronicle the creation of “the greatest party anthems of the 1990s” alongside the “infighting, financial pitfalls, addiction, and mental health struggles that almost led to the group’s demise.”

Meanwhile, Trace Adkins will dig into moments like the near-fatal shooting he survived in 1994 ahead of his debut album, and Wolfgang Van Halen is set to open up about his father, legendary guitarist Eddie Van Halen, and developing his own sound while continuing to honor his father’s legacy.

The first season of the Paramount+ Behind the Music revival ran from 2021-2022 and included episodes on Motley Crue, Alanis Morisette, Boyz II Men, Shania Twain, George Michael, and Duran Duran.
