Former UFC star Paige VanZant has the Swifties losing their minds after saying she thinks the Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce relationship is “100% fake.”
“Yeah, I believe it’s 100% fake. I think that the Taylor Swift-Travis Kelce ‘love story,’ I believe it is 100 percent fake,” VanZant said on a recent podcast episode.
“Come for me, Swifties. You know, I have UFC fans coming for me, I think I can handle the Swifties.”
Oh no. No, no, no, Paige.
She wasn’t done either.
“I believe it is 100% fake. It is publicity,” VanZant continued.
“One, it’s huge for the NFL because yes, the NFL is big… Taylor Swift is huge.
“And now she’s getting an entirely different demographic to come watch the NFL.
“I think of the wives that are buying Travis Kelce jerseys now.
“It’s a huge publicity play on both fronts. It’s good for Taylor Swift. It’s good for the NFL. It’s good for Travis Kelce. There’s so much strategic stuff that’s happening.”
Paige VanZant then admits that she is a big conspiracy theorist, but “it’s not a conspiracy theorist if everything I saw is true.”
Be careful what you wish for, Paige Van Zant. Because the Taylor Swift fans have officially mobilized.
“Yeah, because Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce and we’re really hurting for publicity prior to this,” one Swiftie commented, invoking the royal We.
“I mean she could barely fill a stadium! She really needed to do something to drum up some publicity. I can’t imagine how hard it must be to have a relationship when cameras are constantly trailing you. How about if we just leave them alone and let them have a relationship?”
“She has no idea what she’s talking about,” read another comment. “Couldn’t make it in the [sic] the UFC so had to resort to Only Fans. She only wishes she was Taylor Swift.”
“Paige wishes she could bag a rich football player…instead of selling herself on OF,” commented another T-Swizzle fan.
“You’re not getting more of subs because of this horrible take,” another wrote.
