In the next chapter of the never-ending drama that is Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis’ divorce, Wilde has now asked the court to make Sudeikis pay child support for their two children.
According to Wilde’s legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Sudeikis has paid her nothing for child support, sticking her with “100% of the costs for the children’s care.”
“Jason is not currently paying child support to me, despite my requests through counsel that we agree upon an interim support amount to avoid further litigation in this matter,” Wilde claims in the filing, adding, “While Jason and I have been splitting certain expenses for the children, such as their school tuition, I have been bearing 100% of the costs of the children’s care when they are with me, including, but not limited to, their food, clothing, childcare, extracurricular activities, and transportation costs.”
Wilde has hired Kim Kardashian’s lawyer Laura Wasser for the proceedings and wants Sudeikis to pay $500,000 to cover her legal expenses.
“Olivia will continue to incur substantial attorney and expert fees and costs to bring this matter to trial given the tactics that have been taken by Jason and his counsel to date,” the documents state. “Olivia, therefore, requests that the Court order that Jason makes a contribution of no less than $500,000 toward Olivia’s fees and costs.”
Wilde continued, “While I have yet to receive specific financial information from Jason, my understanding and belief is that he is wealthier than I am and has far greater income. I have no reason to believe that Jason would dispute this,” adding, “it is undisputed that he earns significantly more than Olivia and has greater access to funds.”
She states that she makes over $40,000 a month in salary plus $60,000 from “Wilde Company income” and “rental property income.” Wilde also revealed she has $645,187 in the bank and over $10 million in other assets.
Olivia Wilde claims she has $107,000 in family expenses per month, including almost $60,000 in “rent/mortgage” and $4000 in “laundry and cleaning.”
That’s right. She says she makes $100K a month, yet spends over $100,000 a month on family expenses.
Interestingly, a whole lot of people weren’t feeling much sympathy for Olivia Wilde in this case.
olivia wilde claiming she doesn’t get paid enough and needs child support when she gets paid $100k is astounding to me considering Jason Sudeikis pays tuition and the like evenly already. but she racks up $100k when she has her kids by herself and she wants him to pay that????

“$60k a month in mortgage/rent??! Holy crap! Downsize your property then,” another reader commented. “I was expecting the largest expense to be tuition costs for their kid’s school and the security that potentially could accompany that.”
Weren’t the kids with him while she was having an affair with Harry Styles while filming that really bad movie ? Am not defending him, cause a dead beat dad is a dead beat dad, but her attorney leaking those documents is an obvious play to get people on her side and play victim

“Excuse me? I have 5 children. FIVE,” a mother commented. “They are all in travel and comp sports. Take private lessons. Eat, need to be clothed and have a warm clean home. $107k a month is greed and ridiculousness. Make better choices.”
I really need to know why it costs $107,000 a month?! Nanny salaries? The kids are in school and I read he pays equal for the private school. And I’m assuming when they stay in London with him he’s paying for everything then. So why do celebs need so much $ for their kids?

“$107k a year? I thought she has two kids, not an entire traveling baseball team,” joked another reader.
Allegedly this is how breakfast goes at their house:
Kids: “Mom, what’s for breakfast?”
Mom: “Medium rare filet topped with crab, two lobster tails, gold flake lobster Mac and cheese, barrel aged broccoli, & for desert, $100 bills.”

“This can go in more than one direction,” tweeted another before virtually exiting stage left.
